Copenhagen

I like to name these wooden constructions after towns and cities because I feel they are evocative of aerial views of urban areas.  They mirror the making of a city with their layering and jointed assembly.  This one has piano keys, curtain rings and old garden furniture embedded in the construction.

Copenhagen was shortlisted for the Aesthetica Magazine Art prize 2017.
